Once too often, human forget to be grateful of what's in their hand. Perhaps the act of 'lowering your gaze' need to be extended from not just shameful thing, but to all worldly things that would sway our fickle heart and mind from feeling sufficient.

Wa la in syakartum la aziidannakum,
If we are grateful, God will raise our level and add to it more and more and more since He isthe Creator. If we are not grateful, not only God did not mention us, He even warn us of His severe torment!
